Where’s my Delivery?
Please double check the delivery times stated in the ‘Deal Terms’ section of your
If your delivery is late, please check your nCrowd voucher email for any merchant
contact details and contact the merchant directly. The ‘Deal Terms’ section of your
deal will also have a link to the merchant’s website. Merchants dispatch items themselves
and will be able to inform you of the status of your delivery.
If you have not received a response or a satisfactory resolution from the merchant
after 48 hours, please contact us on the contact us page.
We are only able to investigate deliveries that have not been received within the
deal terms stated. We aim to respond to your query within two working days. If,
however, your query requires detailed investigation or feedback from a third party
or merchant, a resolution may take longer to action.
Where’s my Voucher?
As stated on the deal, your voucher code will be sent 24 hours after purchase. If
you have not received your voucher email after this time, please login to your nCrowd
account. Once you have logged into the nCrowd website, hover over your
name at the top right of the page and click on ‘Account’. This will then take you
to a page with two tabs – ‘My Deals’ and ‘My Details’.
Any deals you have purchased can be found in the ‘My Deals’ section. Here you can
find your voucher codes and redemption dates. To redeem, click the ‘Get Voucher’
tab and follow the redemption instructions provided.
My Voucher is not working
Follow the steps above to login to your nCrowd account and go to the ‘My Deals’
section. Click the ‘Get Voucher’ tab and follow the redemption instructions provided.
If you are still unable to redeem your voucher code please contact Customer Support using the contact us page.
My voucher is not showing in my account
If you have made a purchase but have not received your voucher email after 24 hours,
please login to your nCrowd account. Once you have logged into the nCrowd website,
hover over your name at the top right of the page and click on ‘Account’.
This will then take you to a page with two tabs – ‘My Deals’ and ‘My Details’.
All deals you have purchased will be in the "My Deals" section
If your deal is not showing on your account page, please contact us using the contact us page with the following details so our
Finance Team can look into this for you:
Name of Customer
Name of cardholder
Time of payment
Date of payment
Bank Transaction Reference
What if I don’t receive my voucher email?
Your voucher code should be sent to you 24 hours after purchase. If you have not received it, please check your junk
mail box or find the code in your nCrowd account pages.
When does my voucher expire?
The expiry date will be stated on your voucher and was also shown on the deal’s
‘Deal Terms’ before you purchased. Please note we are unable to offer refunds for
Can I use my voucher multiple times?
No. Each voucher can only be used once, and we have systems in place between ourselves
and our merchants to track redemption of your voucher.
How do I redeem or book?
Full instructions can be found on the voucher itself. Find this on your order confirmation
email or by clicking ‘Get voucher’ on your nCrowd account page.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes - for meals, activities and appointments, you will always need to book in advance
direct with the supplier, unless specifically told otherwise. Always mention your
nCrowd voucher at the time of booking, and make sure you take it with you
when you go.
Can I give my deal to someone else?
No, not for the moment. We will be adding enhancements to allow you to purchase
deals as gifts for friends and family, as well as being able to introduce them to
our new daily deals program.
When can I use my deal?
The deal’s ‘Deal Terms’ will advise of the period your deal is valid for. Your voucher
will be valid for redemption as soon as you receive it, unless stated otherwise.
Do deals run more than once?
Under most circumstances no, however if a deal is proving exceptionally popular,
and the merchant is able to authorise a further release of vouchers, then the deal
may be extended for a short period.

What is nCrowd?
nCrowd is a fantastic way for you to enjoy the things you love at prices you
adore! We search for the best deals to bring you, allowing you to take advantage
of huge discounts. It’s the new way to shop!
These deals are great, how do I get them?
Simply click "BUY" before the deal ends. Each deal has a timer, counting down until
the end of the deal. Providing you get in before the timer reaches 0:00:00, you’ve
got your deal!
I got my deal! Now what do I do?
Once you’ve paid for your deal, you’ll receive a confirmation email within minutes.
After 24 hours from purchase, you will receive your voucher codes and instructions
of how to redeem. You may be directed to redeem your voucher on the merchant’s website
or phone the merchant to book.
I’ve changed my mind! What can I do?
Every nCrowd offer comes with a full money-back guarantee. Simply let us know by submitting a ticket - Refunds will be processed in 7 business days.
Are my card details safe?
Extremely. We use the secure, globally recognised Worldpay payment system to process
your payment, and this means your card details are never held on our servers. You
can get your deals with peace of mind.
You may return your item for a refund within 14 days of receiving it, or if your item is faulty. Items returned after 14 days may be exchanged or refunded as Store Credit.
The majority of deals are supplied by merchants, so items must be returned back to the merchant. Your original voucher may contain contact details for your merchant or a link to their website – please use these to contact the merchant directly and find out their returns address and procedure. You will need to send your item back with as much information as possible, including your voucher code, email address and reason for refund.
Each merchant has their own terms and conditions regarding returns, so please check these before posting your item back.
If you cannot find any contact details, please contact the nCrowd Customer Support team. Some deals are supplied by nCrowd instead of a merchant. If your deal was supplied by nCrowd, our Customer Support team will give you a returns address and your item must be sent via 2nd class recorded delivery.
